Over the past 3 years, I have had Sol Cal Construction do 3 major projects at my condo. Each project was completed on time with professional service and with mindful consideration of my budget. It has always been a pleasure to work with Loren and his crew. He is my "go-to" contractor for any future projects because I am confident the work will be a job well done.

Loren, the owner of Sol Cal Construction gets five stars for a recent tile job he did for me. It wasn't a terribly challenging project overall, but he handled it with great customer service, quick response time to phone calls and emails, coordinated the pick up of the tile and installation with our timeline, and ultimately, in the end, his company did a great installation and did it quickly. So much of feeling like you're in good hands depends on the contractor's ability to provide good customer service and I got that with Sol Cal Construction. I feel like I've found my go-to contractor for all my future home repairs/renovations. I highly, highly recommend Sol Cal Construction.

We considered to be privileged to have a long term working relationship with Loren @ Sol Cal. He is very particular and detail oriented and really listens to the client to ensure that he can deliver a product/service they will enjoy for years to come. We used SolCal for a project in our condo in Cathedral Canyon Country Club. The objective was to convert an atrium into an indoor game room. This involved adding to the roof, pouring a new concrete floor up to the level of the rest of the foundation, finishing the walls and ceiling plus some new wiring to outlets, etc. We are very pleased with the results and I would highly recommend Loren Bose for any project. He's very skilled and super easy to deal with because he provides prompt answers to questions and keeps you informed on his progress daily. His estimated cost for the job was exactly what he charged us and there were zero "unexpected" cost overruns. I have recommended SolCal to several of our acquaintances.

Have use Loren several times for projects (drywall, paint, misc repairs) at our home in Rancho Mirage. Loren is very reliable, punctual and does great work.

Great Guy! Very Respectful and Fair on his pricing. Not the Cheapest Guy... but who really wants the Cheapest. I rather have someone like Loren that I know I can trust to come back for years to come!

Interviewing possible contractors is somewhat a leap of faith. You pray the important issues, time frame, cost, workmanship, will work out as planned. In my remodel, all the above concerns were more than met. The project was finished on time, with all cost in line with estimates. The workmanship was a collaboration between contractor and sub-contractors. Once again, the sub-contractors met all expectations and impressed all with their workmanship. The Contractor (Sol Cal Construction, Owner Loren Bose) organized the entire project, worked with my wife on the design, and backed up the sub-contractors when needed. He personally tiled the dining room, kitchen, entry, hallways, guest bath/shower, and master bath/shower. Hug doors including a barn door, textured walls, and painted (Touch-up). What can I say about Loren and his team --- so much! As a single woman, I needed to trust and know I was in good hands. Loren and his (faithful) workers went beyond what was in the proposal. A house remodel (addition) can be very stressful - and I knew by selecting Loren - we would work well together. I interviewed 5 contractors --- and knew Loren was the "man" for the job and would help make the project enjoyable (laid back guy)!

SolCal construction did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. They are very professional and fast. I would recommend Loren and his company for any construction project.
