I had the opportunity to work with SoCal Construction on a project in Rancho Mirage and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and consistent, timelines were respected, and the quality of work truly speaks for itself. It’s always refreshing to work alongside a company that takes pride in what they do and maintains such strong standards on the job site. Working with Loren and his team at Sol Cal Construction was exceptional. Not only was communication and scheduling our large project beyond expectation but the final work was superior, which we will enjoy for many years to come.

I worked with Loren to review my interior designer’s design and resulting cost structure. The contractor’s bid was twice the estimate of the designer. Loren helped redo costs while meeting my project needs and budget no . He developed cost savings of 45% without changing quality of materials. More efficient designs helped lower the Construction Expense. Alfredo my “project manager” was a valued partner. He expertly managed subcontractor schedules, ensured quality work and provided clear communication with all stakeholders to deliver a successful project, on time and within my financial limits. Loren, Alfredo and their subcontractors are a quality team and if I undertake another property I would have this team offer a proposal.

We have been fortunate to remodel two different kitchens and now an entire home. Loren and Sol Cal Construction have by far been the best contractors I have ever worked with. They were clean, good, on time and most importantly they communicated! 10 stars if I could give them.

SolCal team was wonderful to work with on a PD condo renovation. They were clear every step of the way, from discussing feasibility, pricing, helping with design choices and dealing with authorities that were needed for certifications. They have a good process for obtaining needed items before work is to be done, minimizing the time we needed to be elsewhere. Construction noise can be difficult in condos and neighbors were informed ahead of time. Our adjacent neighbors even commented on how thoughtful the working teams had been. The place looks and feels so much nicer than before!
